Re: THE MotoGP Thread

Twitter rumour-mill went into high spin on the topic of wildcards at Phillip Island only to calm down to common sense that Honda can´t test with #93 Marquez since he´s a contracted rider, and since their main "on the pace" testrider is hurt badly they look to the next person up to the job....but one...

Re: THE MotoGP Thread

Bradl on a high (just) !!
Will it be enough to control Marquez? He beat him before (Moto2).....
Will Lorenzo be in contention?
I hate work, for it means an early night for me (GMT+1) without being able to "watch" the race unfold via Twitter....
Enjoy it if you can for it will be a corker! :)

Re: THE MotoGP Thread

So, MotoGp visits Laguna Seca..... Pedrosa is half fit, Lorenzo, togh as tough can be (IMHO Chuck Norris would be impressed) will struggle for a podium, Hayden got the boot from Ducati..... Marquez is 1st in FP2, second time he´s ever ridden a session in L.S., Bradl and DOVIZIOSO (!!!!) follow, Ross...

Re: What Aviation Museums Have you been To?

Returning from vacation in Ireland last summer I took advantage of an overnight stay in Ramsgate, Kent to visit the Hawker/Spitfire Memorial. It´s a great place to be since they collect every snippet of history that might give you a clue what the battle of britain was all about. Not only for airforc...

Re: THE MotoGP Thread

Yeah, Bradl needs to be more consistent and trying to stay with VR46 on a mission can only end well :) but top marks for trying  !

But Marquez, he´s da bomb! I know pre-season testing only counts so much but at Austin I think he´s the guy to beat....

Re: New and improved YSFlight wishlist

+1 on that physics thing even if I don´t know what you´re on about :) What I like most about YSFlight is that it reminds me of "Chuck Yeager´s Advanced Flight Trainer" which I played a lot in my youth. No-nonsense scenery, just board a plane and ride without having to shell out big bucks for a high-...

Just wanted to say hello...

Hello! Nice to meet you! My name is Bernd. I am 39 years old, located in Germany (100km south of Hannover) and stumbled upon YSFlight some time ago without realising there might be a community dedicated to it. And such a resourceful one at that. I spent most of my childhood near an RAF Airfield (Gut...
