Re: [AIRCRAFT] L1011-1 Tristar

The creator of the pack locked his entire library under password protection, and to worsen the situation, the usual way of contacting him is now down as well. Something happened with him that made him do that.

Unfortunately we are not allowed to rehost without explicit permission

sorry

Hosting a YSFlight Server on a Raspberry Pi

Hello! Recently i hosted my YS Server using a Raspberry Pi. Using a light linux distro and using ssh to monitor the server status proved to be a good and cheap option for those who don't have a spare x86 PC lying around to host such a thing, or if space or power are concerns in your scenario. In thi...

Re: Sidewinder Server

Hey everyone! Sidewinder Server is undergoing maintenance. We are switching the server from a Raspberry Pi to a Windows machine for ease of use. A tutorial will be posted on how to host your own YSFlight Pi server soon! The end date for this maintenance is the 11th of September. See you in the skies!

Re: Sidewinder Server

Hello everyone! Sidewinder server is open again, now powered by a Raspberry Pi! The usability of server-side functions are limited due to the way the server (an x86 software) is dynamically recompiled to run on the Pi (ARM). So, for the time being, THE SERVER WILL RUN ON STOCK ASSETS ONLY . Feel fre...

Re: YSFlight Pi hosted server

Please, provide more details on how to setup YSFlight Server using RPi! Once i get Sidewinder Server up, i'll be sure to do a write up, don't worry. A test was ran a little bit after the post was created. 8 players joined on some stock aircraft action, and although i had some hiccups (probably for ...

Re: Can't find a good free WWII/WWI flight sim

I'm gonna preface this with: There's no way to recommend anything unless i know your computer/laptop's specifications. And i say this because i have laptops that were part of "donations" from public organs that didnt need them anymore, and not even them managed to run something like 2012 YSFlight (e...

Russki, the following advice i give you not as random guy in the internet, but as someone who is also seeking for help, daily: THIS IS NOT INFORMATION YOU NORMALLY SHARE WITH STRANGERS. Please, tell your parents, seek psycho...

Re: [REQUEST] JAWC Aircraft

Do you mind if i ask from you links for the packs of all base aircraft, and if you have permissions from the creator allowing repaints (either explicit or from the readme/post/thread)?

I wouldn't mind repainting them, but i dont work without explicit permission.

EDIT: Typo

Re: YSFlight Wishlist

Ruski, sorry to barge in the way i'm doing ( i may be wrong also ), but i guess that even though the thread title may suggest so, you should take a deeper look into YS history. Although we make this wishlist, we try to select features that are closest to what is easily implementable considering the ...

At first sight, all bugs that I found in 2017-2018 test versions (and reported to Soji!), not fixed in YSFlight 20181124 release... Shame!
Like he would.
