Re: 3D Printer

This 3D printer costs about $1700 AUD (About the same in USD; gotta love parity)
The filamet reels (where the material is stored) cost about $50 / kg
The material is a hard plastic called ABS, density 1.004 g / cc

Takes about an hour to do 10 cc

3D Printer

Got a 3D printer today
It's first model; a rabbit is sitting on my desk.

Can't wait to have my own little fleet of plastic F/A-18s and F-15 Eagles. :D
Hopefully I can get some pics up

Re: YSFLIGHT Programmers

Thanks!

Oh, and I forgot x86 Assembler (FASM), HTML and Batch

But OfficerFlake, I have to ask, when you say GML,
do you mean Geography Markup Language,
or Game Maker Language?

(I presume the latter)

YSFLIGHT Programmers

I was just wondering, how many of us had any experience with programing and with what languages?

I'll start:

Python, Ruby, Boo, FORTRAN
C, C++, C#, Java
Javascript, PHP

I know Grigor and Erict15 have experience but no clue on the extent.

Re: The Dorm

I am new dorm mate way down at 433, 11 off one of my favorite numbers. I have decided to install a very expensive R-3L Space-Linker to my highly top secret base on the planet 3-FT4 off Betelgeuse so I can continue my research. I may or may not visit the cafe as I have food on 3-FT4 but in order to m...

Re: YS fantasy wishlist

Yes, but once one gets the hang of using a cyclic and a collective, the flight controls are much more versatile and I find it easier to control when using a cyclic

Addition: (since I didn't want to double post)
I would like jamming technology for missiles

Re: YS fantasy wishlist

I want to be able to independently control the cyclic and the collective when flying helicopters and for the cyclic to control the rotor blades more than just tilting the helicopter

Hello!

Hello,
I have played YS since I was 8
I am colour blind so I can never be able to fly commercially or militarily
I started modding three days ago and slowly improving my models (still no colour going on though)
