Nope. Not sure why you wouldn't be able to download them except if you weren't signed into a google account... maybe that had something to do with it? Dunno google did something to their links and it messed a lot of things up

The map is in Talon'd Mod Pack (TYSP.zip) which is linked at the link you provided near the bottom.

Yeah that is really helpful for users.... Also for me when I import the addon into the addon database!
