I'll side on Barr with that one, with the addition of Cookies and Cream ice cream though. I can't give up on that stuff :)
Cookies and Cream blended into a milkshake hits the spot too!

Re: [AIRCRAFT]Fokker 28 Tni Au

Errors: "Cannot Load alim/tni/f-28_tni_au.dat" There's your problem right there. The pathway only starts at alim/..., instead of user/alim/... You merged this folder with your existing Alim folder but that's in the user folder. Based on the pathway starting point, YSFS is looking for the Alim folde...

Re: [AIRCRAFT] DC-10-10 Beta Pack

Ahh no worries man! The -30 and the -40 were around for a lot longer, especially as Northwest Airlines had a sizeable fleet of them. AA flew the -10 around here in the States until about 2002, but NW flew its -30s and -40s for a lot longer. Of course Fedex is the carrier with the most DC-10s operate...

Re: [AIRCRAFT] DC-10-10 Beta Pack

Also, at this point, it sounds like I'm nitpicking, but the undercarriage seems slightly off.. as in the landing gear looks like they've been ripped straight from an L1011. There are three sets of wheels on the main gear, seems like a detail you overlooked. If you're referring to the center gear, t...

Re: Your favourite frozen treat/concoction

Several flavors of Dairy Queen Blizzards compete for the top spot, although I haven't had one in years. To be honest I've never actually had any of Dairy Queen's food, strange as it might sound. For one thing, our city did not have a DQ until a few years ago, and for another, anyone who lives...

Your favourite frozen treat/concoction

What can I say? I was bored (a rarity these days) and July is national ice cream month. It's also hot. (Yeah, I know it's winter down in the southern hemisphere). So yeah, what's your favourite frozen treat (doesn't have to be ice cream-related per se, could be anything frozen like frozen yogurt or ...

Re: New things from Soji

I've been an ardent supporter of his but have to agree with the above comments. New features are meaningless if the basics don't work. And judging by his own comments he's not really out to fix the basics. I will stick to using the 2011 version of YS Flight. I love the game and I don't want to stop ...

Re: Modding Permissions From Various Modders

Hey all, I am revising my map modification policy so instead of editing my previous post (which may or may not get read), I am making a new post here. This policy is also available on my website on this page (scroll down to the bottom). As always, anyone is free to edit my maps provided the followin...

Ahh. Well, you did have a successful first landing with the GBL 388. Good that acf made it to HND. And I forgot we initially had jsu for a bit so it was actually seven players.

^Hey that's great! Where'd you end up flying to after re-fuelling? And yeah, glad acf could join us as well :). I was technically referring to just LAX-HND but it was a total of six on the server.

Re: Weather In Your Area 2018

After a rainy stretch of days (starting Friday last week and going into Sunday), the heat is on, albiet with lots of evapo-transpiration from wet ground and vegetation. That of course means very hot conditions. Expecting a high of around 98F today with dewpoints in the high 60s. WS_36_1.png The hot ...

Never realised the start of the Beach Boys song "Fun Fun Fun" is very similar to the start of this song by Chuck Berry. Quite interesting.

EDIT June 29, 2018:

We had a great turnout on the YSCAS Discord server tonight for Friday Night Flights. All five of us flew the long-haul from LAX to HND. Fun times!

That music! Sure has a certain feel to it.
One of my favourite tv themes for sure! 70's disco mixed with some special effects.
