Re: [Development]Orb: YSFlight Proxy Server Script

Makes me with I were back home on the flight rig. This is freakin great stuff. I had always hoped for password system back in the ysp days. Sure would have prevented a lot of the havoc wreaked 99% of the time by MRNAMELESSAWESOMEMAVERICK101... Flake, you mentioned it being relatively "Lagless"...

Re: Red Arrows 2012.

Agreed, the number of aircraft in their show is what made them entertaining. It allowed them to do many complex maneuvers to, which was almost as cool as taking less jets and flying 18-inch wingtip to canopy. 8-)

Re: PVC/foam Cockpit plans and pics.

You know, you could just get a little creative with google sketchup and build something yourself that would look a little more impressive to your date! :P Built this awhile back. Many hours in that seat, for sure! If you're into precision flying, i'd recommend a center stick with both the throttle a...

Memory Lane

Since some of us are browsing through our archives, I figured i'd kick this off! Don't know why I decided to do this stunt... but anyway! http://i232.photobucket.com/albums/ee127/j44magj/fsmaindx2009-01-1617-01-56-50.png http://i232.photobucket.com/albums/ee127/j44magj/fsmaindx2009-01-1617-02-18-25....

Re: Since i'd like to read the rest of the forums as well

It's great to have some of the old veterans starting to come back; and it's a great time to be coming back, if you haven't noticed yet, the newest test-release has just been opened for some of our Test-Pilots to begin breaking open so some of the bugs can be uncovered. Anytime I've seen TF58 or Shu...

Re: Historical List of YS Air Shows

Man, many memories. Thanks for compiling this, SC; it must have taken a lot of digging! Couple things: the White Arrows and YS Team ended up just being me, myself, and I flying all the demos. I have some fraps clips buried on my photobucket somewhere of the ys airshows team at YSIA. I really e...

Re: Im Back.

They say that the area of the brain responsible for judgement is one of the areas that develop last. Lets hope that development will not be delayed (I would say 'retarded', but some would say I was being mean). And anyway, I'm sure you know, http://www.webweaver.nu/clipart/img/people/eyes/womans-ey...

Good enough, Badger! Viper, I did not go to Merrilville HS, but my best friend did awhile back, class of '04 I think. I went to Illiana Christian HS in Lansing, IL, but lived in Schererville.

Scarecrow, wilco man. I have spring break in 2 weeks, we'll see what plays out. Might rent a warrior and buzz down your way. Gator, sounds like a good time! Hopefully i'll get to hear some sea stories! Viper, I see you're in merrilville. That's close to home! Might catch you on TS sometime, and hope...

Sweet. I had a few interviews down there. I'm from a town called Schererville up in the northwest corner of the state, near Gary. There's a mid in my company from Indy too.

Re: Long time, no see!

Good stuff man. NROTC should be a breeze; it's all mental. It's really great to see that you are already viewing even the smallest of activities through the leadership lens. That no doubt helped you in the interview process! Nice work! Be glad USAFA didn't work out. Nobody likes zoomies anyway. :P S...
