Re: YsFlight Error Fixer
EDIT: tried it, although in my opinion there are a few things that could really help it:
1. obtain the directory of the ysflgiht module running to target a .lst file
2. automatically change the .lst offending line (search for whatever it cannot load) and replace it with a working directory, obtained by searching for a file with the same name.
Also, this wont work with file groups like{ f14.dnm / f14dat.dat / f14coll.srf / cockpitf14.srf } where the files have different names from what i see.

Re: YsFlight Error Fixer
From what is in bold, i need to create a program, which is run in the pc. doing that from the internet is HARD AS FUk!Yuser10 wrote:How does this work, does it move the files to the correct place or replace the offending .lst line? I need to try this, i have a number of errors.

Re: YsFlight Error Fixer
This really doesn't do anything.
QUESTION: "My major pack doesn't work right"
ANSWER: "Get rid of it"
Problems are not being solved. This is kinda unneeded.

Doing that from the internet would make the antivirus incenerate your computer... lol. Yeah it would need to be downloaded.TheJuli wrote:From what is in bold, i need to create a program, which is run in the pc. doing that from the internet is HARD AS FUk!Yuser10 wrote:How does this work, does it move the files to the correct place or replace the offending .lst line? Try making one like this
loads list file
checks line a
follows all directories in line to see if they exist
goes to next line
checks
Alert! file doesnt exist!
uses search method to search everywhere in the user folder to find a group of files with the same name
copies files to the correct location
continues
loads next list
etc
in python this could be done with a single file and no importing custom modules.
