I've downloaded the new version, but have things on the other version. Is there a quick way to sort things out or do I copy and paste all the add-ons into the new version?

I just downloaded the new one and it went straight through without replacing anything. But before you try that backup addons in a seperate folder and put it in your documents so that just incase the new version overwrites, you don't lose everything.

Just replace EXEs. You should be good.
