Re: Let's blow YS up.
Not really, I'm just saying that if there is a train and/or car simulator, it will blow "YS" up. Some of you may think that no one will play it, but someone will ALWAYS play it.Rise and Shine wrote:Guys, we're going off topic. Stay on it.
I saw this video before I got into YSFlight and thought: "Wow this is a stupid game, I will never play this game. I will kill myself slowly if I ever play this game." But ended up playing it and LOVED it!

I think we should write a sticky about making good videos for YSFlight. Maybe a list of do's and don'ts or something. That way maybe we can prevent videos that are potentially harmful to the growth of the community from being made

Re: Let's blow YS up.
Think back, to when you first got it. the joy of having a huge variety of aircraft, all the things you can do.
Remember what it was like when you first got an update of a new version. A-AAMs
The first time a new stock aircraft came out. I mean when the stock gripen, mig-15, typhoon and F-100D came out, I was absolutely thrilled!
nubs, I think you may remember better then the veterans

On the forum I use there is a section for 'flying furries'. This deals more with real life than simulation. Although I have posted about YSFS there. At the end of last week, I posted about YSFS again, and YSFHQ. I hope this might get more people interested.

What is the point on having a "furry" sub-forum when there is only one or two ACTIVE furry pilots? Its just not justifiable to make a sub-forum for furry people.plunderbird wrote:As I may have mentioned before, I'm a furry.

Doomsday, I was NOT asking for a sub forum, for furries. I was pointing out that there was one, on a furry forum I use.Doomsday wrote:What is the point on having a "furry" sub-forum when there is only one or two ACTIVE furry pilots? Another way to do things is obviously to spread it around to popular locations. I'll do my part by trying to make it known to the minecraft community (in which I have something of a presence.)

Re: Let's blow YS up.
This event will have to be able to show:
-Airliners flying
-Fighter combat
-bomber interception
-Anti ground
-Anti ship
-AAA
-Helicopters going covert.
Hmm, sounds like YS could use a massive war game type event, like having to protect a supply route to keep a city alive.

That is a great idea, our CD could do the supply part.Phoenix wrote:how about using YS's capacity to the full in a massive event, video it, and then show everyone.
