I think one thing I'd like to see is being able to select different colors for multiple smoke generators. For example, say you have a plane with two smoke generators. What I'd like to see is being able to select one color for one smoke generator, and another color for the other.

PARATROOPERS - Drop out of plane, when they hit the ground (they have to be dropped above 1000 feet to survive), they move to the nearest target and instead of damaging the target, they change it to your IFF (depending on how tough the target is, more paratroopers may be needed).

I can actually see something like that happening on the servers. It would be quite a hack, but possible with the help of Orb and others.

It would be the real work around to CHANGE an IFF... :/
I am an accountant working full-time (and some). I'm not here as often as I would like to be. Send a message if you need me. There are a few people in the community who can get in contact with me urgently if you need - don't be afraid to ask. I just don't check here as frequently as I used to. Sorry!

Couldn't you just destroy the existing ground object and then spawn another in the same place, with a different IFF? Not sure how hard that is.

I want a full world map. You start from one point come back at the same point. A real earth map. That'd be cool

That has been tried. H3csc was building one that was 1/16th (I think) but it was so big that YS couldn't handle it. I think he ended up losing it and then went inactive :(

How would you put paratroopers in your loadout?

Perhaps a mobile spawn point (attached to a plane). It wouldn't allow users to ride though.

corrupted I'm pretty sure, scenery editor wouldn't open it after he'd more or less designed the whole world.

I am sure he corrupted it by trying to open it in an updated scenery editor.Scenery editor is infamous for not being backward compatible from older versions. :(

P.S. Soji I would like to have the option for co-ordinate rudder back please.

Sounds unique to each aircraft. Flying a BAE Hawk and hearing its signature sound would be fantastic without compromising a sound for another jet aircraft such as a Boeing 757.

I second Dave's one, even if we could just assign it in the .lst or .dat to over ride the default!

Yeh sound good! Also may have been mentioned, but I'm saying it again. What about times on a server, with day and night like minecraft where the world goes through days, and you can measure how long servers have been one by using days. So one day is like 12 hours. Day and night. with unpredictable weather (fog and wind with maybe rain added) random every day. With a sun and moon. Basically like minecraft. Should be cool!
I don't know who you are. I don't know what you want. If you are looking for my signature, I can tell you I don't have one. But what I do have are a very particular lack of skills, skills I have imagined having over a very long career. Skills that make me are completely useless in any situation. If you stop reading now, that'll be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you. But if you don't stop reading, I will look for you, I will probably not find you, and I will kill your refrigerator.

TBH Alpha I think that proxy programs may be best for most of that :)

How about secondary explosions in YSFlight? That way if you would say, shoot one hanger at Misawa, the rest would go off in a chain reaction. Kind of like in MS Combat Flight Sim.

Oh, and one other thing, how about rear view mirror's? Though some what redundant and far fetched, still would be cool.
