Re: YS Wishlist
Anyway, what fun would there be on Airstrike Challenge if you could wipe it all out in one go?

Simple to do in notepad. Simply save the combat flight to your desktop BEFORE flying, open the file, find the aircraft names of your opponents, and copy/paste the little paragraph of data that follows them to your heart's desire. I should note though, you'll need to manually edit their start positions within notepad. You can use either X Y Z coordinates (requires some data tweaking) or actual STP names (better). If you need an example pm me and I'll send you a .ysf file.Phoenix wrote:Ejector seats.

Re: YS Wishlist
WW2 aircraft frequently have water injection or water/methanol injection to give a boost to the engine power. For example, MW50 equipped Luftwaffe fighters in WW2 can boost their engine power by as much as 25% for up to 20 minutes per flight.

...and I think it would add enormously to the beauty and realism of the game without too much code. If Mr Soji can do G-force blackout, why not the same with sky colour?

Re: YS suggestion list
This is to reduce lag, just think how much of your map you could see if at that height? Even with the largest maps you'd be able to see ALL of it and this would cause huge lag as YS tries to draw the entire map at once. This is one of the reason we use map frames (pink boxes) on maps, the pink boxes tell YS what parts to draw and what parts not to draw.VNAF ONE wrote: I hate when I'm at 50k and look down and for some reason see fog and look up and it looks whitish. Rockets, there needs to be a separate sound and classification for that.

This, I can definitely agree with.
