Are you having trouble running the Open GL 2 version of ys? You can't really just download open gl onto your computer, your video card comes with it (supporting it)
"Why are we still here? Just to suffer? Every night, I can feel my leg...and my arm...even my fingers. The body I've lost...the comrades I've lost...won't stop hurting. It's like they're all still there. You feel it too, don't you? I'm going to make them give back our past"
You may need to update the drivers for your graphics. If you have an older computer with integrated graphics, it may not support OpenGL 2.0, in which case your options are stick with DirectX/OpenGL 1, or buy a graphics card and install it into your computer.
Also understand that many old graphics cards do not have the required hardware to support OpenGL 2.0
If updating to latest graphics drivers doesn't get OpenGL 2.0 working for you, I'm not sure anything will.
The lack of 2.0 support was a problem I had with my old '07 iMac (RIP)
I am an accountant working full-time (and some). I'm not here as often as I would like to be. Send a message if you need me. There are a few people in the community who can get in contact with me urgently if you need - don't be afraid to ask. I just don't check here as frequently as I used to. Sorry!

they all do, i'm running openGl 4.4 right now, they update with your graphics card drivers. if you're using windows they'll download and install on their own if you have it set to do that.

Flyer, press Windows Key + R, then type "dxdiag" and press enter - this will launch DirectX Diagnostics tool.
It'll run its scan/test and show you what you have.
If you go to the "Display" tab, you'll get the name of the graphics card:
