Hi guys can I get some expert opinions on the newest test version of Ysflight 20171030?

I personally find it to be very good with regards to the graphical changes. The improved flares and things make it look much nicer than even the changes that occurred with regards to 2015

The stability doesn't seem to bad and I have yet to find an issue with regards to the general use of the game.

That said it does seem to use a fair bit more in regards to system resources and therefore if you were already struggling to run YS then I'd test it before making a permanent switch.
