3 days are a bit long for an airshow and I think no one will have time on a weekday's morning.
I still have hope for this airshow.

Maybe you should come to a few more shows before this since it's your first airshow, it would help you get a feel of things and maybe help you put one on yourself

I suggest keeping it to a one day show. AirFest is a huge show and takes place over 3 days due to the fact that it is more than just an air show. I have done a 3 day event (opening ceremonies and 2 day show) before in the past (as well as QC for 2 days). It was exhausting and didn't turn out how I wanted it. You should only be doing 1+ day shows if you really know what you're doing and getting into.

Farrell, I have to side with doggeh and VNAF ONE. It's not a bright idea to do your airshow, for three days as a matter of fact, when you've never been to one in YS. I suggest you see the Airfest today and take a look.
