I decided to try out the new OYS carrier on my server. I'm not that great at flying fighters, but I used the NCA L-39 to try it. The first try I was too low and flew through the hull. The next two tries I was too high and bounced off the deck. The hull isn't solid, but the deck is, an issue I've seen with other carriers. Finally, on about the fourth or fifth try I hit just right. The carrier was shaking a lot at first, but I taxied over to the side and things calmed down.

I was piloting both the carrier and the jet on two open windows of OYS. My computer was complaining. A lot.

I might modify the OYS pack to have the hull a collidable area rather then a null Coll srf on the ground object.

I'm not sure if that will help. You can fly right through my Air Carrier even though it has a solid collision file. I could never figure out what was going on with it.

I finally found the Gulfstream I was looking for in CEP 2-1. For some reason I though Mh3w made it. :? Maybe he painted it?

With the aerier did you set the "CANFLOAT" variable in the dat? that might be why - the collision still thinks it's on the ground?

Just a guess. See the floating_base stock ground object for more details.

P-1112? Orgoi? Banshee? BS-75? The possibilities are quite extensive here.

Wow, I hadn't even thought of using the carrier function like that. That's fantastic, NightRaven. Flake's OYS continues to impress.
