Quite fittingly, an American Airlines 763ER, a Super King Air 200 in the Patriot colour scheme and an arriving United 772ER all come together in one shot at Honolulu International Airport on the 4th of July.

^Good suggestions, but a. U.S. Airways no longer exists and b. a P-51D, while the very symbolism of the USA, would not be normally seen at HNL. I was sticking to what an average spotter might find on an average July 4th at HNL. I''ve seen King Airs in similar liveries being photographed at other airports around the world so I thought I might put that in as well.

Decaff's 757 pack has US Airways paints in it.

^I meant in the real world. Perhaps we can take this to PMs if you wish to continue discussion so as not to de-rail the thread

I was over in Dallas a few weeks ago and went to DFW to plane spot and take pictures. The most I saw there were American Airlines, UPS and American Eagle aircraft come and go. Though there were three aircraft that I saw that weren't part of the usual lineup being a Qantas Airbus roll in, Lufthansa and a Disney Special Paint Alaska airlines.

The QF 380-800 and Lufthansa Airbus are daily international flights. I'm guessing you couldn't stick around longer to catch the Qatar and Etihad arrivals. Emirates, Japan Airlines and Korean Air come in early in the morning and leave in the morning hours after a few hours.

I arrived there around noon-ish due to all the construction and horrible traffic, so yes I only saw the few non AA planes there. Would have loved to see JAL and Korea Air.
