Ok originally this was a project for IL-2, but I feel it will have use here, so I will post it, Also, do not use the screenshots, download it from the LINK! :D
PLEASE NOTE* These are all from the World War II era, roughly 1935-1950, so I don't know if these are at all modern

I have created a Photoshop swatch of all the modern US military colors based on the charts at Don Color:

There are 2 swatches that are available. The first are the 3XXXX series usually called matt. These are the non-glossy colors. Then you have the FS 2XXXX and these are the glossy or shiny colors. The latter is smaller than the former because there are only a few glossy colors that the US uses. The RGB values were taken from the Simmers Paint Shop's excellent referances:
