Boeing 737 AEW&C "Wedgetail"

Post by Dragonheart R1 » Thu Aug 16, 2012 6:00 am

I have scanned both YSFinder and the YSFHQ Addon page, and nowhere I could find a 737 AEW&C (if there's anywhere else that I haven't checked, inform me ASAP). Therefore, I'd like to request this plane be made. Should be simple enough. After all, it's basically a modified 737-700. Here are some images:

The only thing I'm asking for is a high detail base model. No markings except the refueling lines. Thanks in advance to anyone who can do it.

Nothing short of worth trying yourself. Seem interesting to have. Go on, give it a try.

I'm pretty sure that there is something like this that exists. It might not be a 737 base, but i recognize the top array.

Akira started this way back, but never finished it.

Perhaps you could get in contact and finish the job?
I am an accountant working full-time (and some). I'm not here as often as I would like to be. Send a message if you need me. There are a few people in the community who can get in contact with me urgently if you need - don't be afraid to ask. I just don't check here as frequently as I used to. Sorry!

Yeah, and it's an EMB-145:

I think I'll try designing this myself, since I have a base of the 737 already, but if it doesn't work, I'll contact Akira.

I think this a great idea and a great addition to the 737's we have on the forum. You can do this DHR1 and if your plane moddling skills turn out to be half as good as your aircraft painting skills, we're in for a treat! Good luck!

I'm pretty sure Akira had one done already. He just haven't got around (for the past few years) to package up all his 737 stuff and release it. I gotta figure out a way to do that without people thinking it is my job (even though I did a few of his 737s).
