[PACK] Down in Flames pack update

Me 262, Me 163, He 162, Ar 234, Meteor and P-80A
On the Me 163, operate the gear/skid as follows: After take off, use the normal landing gear control (g key) to raise the tail wheel, and use the speed brake control to drop the main gear. Then on landing, don't use the speed brake control again, but just drop the landing gears. This will lower both the landing skid and the tail wheel.[/moddesc]
