Get it on your computer screen. Press the "Prt Scr" or "PRINT SCREEN" button on your keyboard. Open Windows Paint in Start -> All Programs -> Accessories. Go to the Edit menu and click on "Paste". Edit as desired.
When you are posting on YSFHQ, there is a tab beside Options (look down below the Preview and Submit buttons) that says "Upload attachment". Upload the picture as an attachment.

Or you could just install some good software to eliminate the future hassle.
I suggest Duckcapture (http://www.ducklink.com/). The ol' Windows days...memories.
