In the .srf list in the .dnm, it is best to have the prop (and any other transparencies) at the end of the list.
Nice gauge layout.
Other than that, next time I restart my server...

VERY COOL! I always wanted an RV and more so one in YSFLIGHT. Awesome!

Hey that's pretty sick! I see many people using this plane. What's your repaint and remodelling policy?
Thanks for following the standard packaging and release format too. Really nice to see a new guy get the hang of this so easily.
What did you use to model all this and where did you learn from?

Glad you all like it
When I was looking for small, nifty, GA planes, and came accross the Van's planes and fell in love. Now I just need a job that pays well enought for flight lessons, a plane, and a healthy supply of aeronautical tape (or whatever they use to hold these things together).
Flake: Mod policy is free for all, for any mod thing I make, just be a dear and credit me, unless it looks crappy that is
For learning to model, I'm just teaching myself right now. I've got a degree in painting, so I'm not a stranger to making stuff that looks like stuff. Really I'm just teaching myself a new set of tools. I've heavily referenced Decaff's animation guide, and dissected other models for the how-tos of YSflight. I use blender 2.69 for the primary modelling and put it into 2.49 and ysfs scripts for the animation, and components. Which brings me to...
Patrick: I guess that would explain the propeller occluding the body in the preview. I should get familiar with the file format. Whohoo approval !

That's pretty neat.
Now how come I didn't know of this line? "ULOADFLR TRUE"

huh, didn't notice that one. I started out with the gac e-300 for reference because it's about the same dimensions, gears and cockpit are only about 10cm off, I guess I missed that one. That plane is jacked up. Insane roll rate, 1.2 prop efficiency. The RV-4 obeys the laws of thermodynamics.
