Back for a bit

Post by ysmajor » Fri Jan 11, 2013 5:40 am

Hey all, this is YSMajor checking in again.
Have disappeared for about a year, no a bit more, I forgot. Anyway, I was just browsing and stumbled back on my old YSF stuff.

So, I'm not very active with YS at the moment.
a Virtual cockpit was the last thing I made, oh yeah and a scaled down map of southern China and the hump.

Might release them later when I figure out how to do that on this new forum.
And I got to find my old website login details again. Too many passwords to remember man.

Personally, I now have a 11-month old daughter who keeps me busy.
Work is more fun than ever, so that takes up a bunch of time.
And I'm into papercraft these days. Good fun and also a creative outlet for aircraft modding desires... and there go the rest of my available hours in the week.

So, might see you around a bit more, though not like a few years ago.

Glad to see you ARE still alive and kicking. I was a little worried that you were gone for good. I am happy to be wrong.

Good to see you back ysmajor. Even at my age, totally understandable. They are a real handful at that age and for a long time after that but it only gets better (still harder). Enjoy her as much as you can because it's a wonderful thing. Great to see you back and we hope you enjoy the forum. Glad things are going great over there. Great that you love your job.

YsMajor! Good to see you're all well. And glad that you're family is doing great too.

We now hosts addons and uploads on YsUpload. So, no need to worry about file hosting anymore.

Your maps and aircraft are still frequently used by me to make screenshots to this day. And flying the RMAF MiG-29N is still thrilling as ever.

glad to be back peeps.
Who knows, i might even give a crack at modding again, although im still pretty old school with gepolyx and stuff. I used to use notepad for modding quite a lot actually.

I wonder, with all the updates YSF has undergone, should I update some planes and maps with the new features for them to be flyable in the latest YSF versions?
