Goodbye!

Post by Darkwalker6 » Sun Mar 11, 2018 12:01 am

Hello everyone. I haven't been around YSFHQ a long time, only about 1 year, 7 months (I joined in August 2016), but I am already announcing that I am probably gonna leave YSFHQ and YSF. I don't play YSF anymore, since my old computer broke, and this one doesn't run it too good, and I don't know why. Even if there was a way to fix it, I probably wouldn't play it anymore, since lack of playing made me uninterested. I had a great time while it lasted, and made a couple friends. Everyone here has treated me extremely well, and I greatly appreciate the way everyone has helped me over my time here. I might stop by a couple times to look at how things are going, but generally, I'm pretty much gonna leave this behind. I hope all of you have a great day, week month, and year(s!) to come. Bye!

Hi all!

Since this post is about leaving, may I also bid farewell to the community here..

I've been flying on YS Flight for years since my school days, and only in relatively recent times have I joined virtual airlines like Herven and YSBRA. I must say I've had a great time all these while, and I've watched how the add-ons improve in detail and quality over the years. YS Flight has been the most reasonable manner I could realise my dream of being a pilot..

In the last few months, I've found myself a girlfriend, and as university draws to a close, I'm looking towards taking the Bar exams. Soon, it'll be the work life as a lawyer, and perhaps settling down and having a family. I've loved being here, being in my own virtual cockpit, but I guess it's now time to bid farewell..

You've been great guys, and I'm sure you'll continue to be! Take care, and best of luck in all your pursuits!

Hello everyone,

Since everyone else is announcing their leave in this thread, I might as well join in. The YS community has been fantastic to me for the past few months, and I would like to thank everyone for being a blast to be around. Unfortunately, I must be leaving, as my RL situation prohibits me from continuing to be an active part of this community.

Hi everyone,

I've returned! My RL has finally calmed down, and I've been itching to be part of this amazing community again!
Have I missed anything while I was gone? Is that big meanie-head, dooms still an admin? Also, I will be starting an ace combat themed furry civvie squadron, PM me if you're interested.

Exits are cheerfully lit, brightly marked and their use is encouraged.

I have enjoyed YSF, and the community has been very nice to me. I have decided that I will be leaving YSF and taking up competitive Minesweeper gaming. Now, Minesweeper may no longer come with Windows, but it is available on the MS Store for free.
Good bye, everybody.

Ok, I'm not leaving, but I really did just download Minesweeper from the store.

^Heh, minesweeper. I have a higher percentage of understanding quantum physics than winning that game. Ok well I might not get quantum physics either but you get my drift. For me, playing minesweeper is like controlled flight into terrain - at night. I'm fairly sure I'm flying right, then BAM! Game over.

My general rant: I will call them blended winglets, not Sharklets; There is no CEO, it's just simply put, an Airbus 319/320/321, or the 320NEO, 321NEO etc. I didn't land IN DAL, I landed AT DAL. On the other hand, I did land in Dallas.
