IF the pilot is "stupid" why is the WSO in the back seat with him, trusting him with his life?

Dumb and dumber then if you ask me.
I am an accountant working full-time (and some). I'm not here as often as I would like to be. Send a message if you need me. There are a few people in the community who can get in contact with me urgently if you need - don't be afraid to ask. I just don't check here as frequently as I used to. Sorry!

The 2 new 777-300ER's of Garuda Indonesia , PK-GIA and PK-GIC (Alpha and Charlie) , Garuda Indonesia ordered around 11 777-300ER's from the cancelled order of 787s due to safety concerns , these 777-300ER's will serve Middle Eastern , UK and Australian routes.
Fun Fact : Theres no Garuda 777 registered PK-GIB because apparently in Garuda Indonesia the letter B and the number 13 means bad luck.

The A330 and 777 are both slender and good looking aircraft. There's just something about their simplicity of just having 2 massive engines instead of 4 smaller ones that turns me on. I've rode on the A330 twice now back and forth from Malaysia to New Zealand and I miss the experience of looking out of the window and seeing contrails forming at the wingtips.

A British Harrier pilot ejects out of his aircraft that has belly landed due to gear failure. Let's give the manufacturers of the Martin Baker Zero-Zero seats an applause to them for their life saving product. Intense pic is intense.

This is actual test footage of the F-22 Raptor. They're testing its ability to come out of a stall. Unfortunately, the test pilot was scared badly and panicked during the whole procedure, leading to a hilarious reply by the ATC.

17th August is the Indonesian Independence day which is today , Found a pic of yesterdays ceremony rehearsal which includes a Flypast by 8 Su-27/30s and 6 F-16s :

Notice the flag is Green and Yellow as it is a rehearsal , the usual Red and White flag can only be used during the Independence day.

From the eyes of the first lady herself. Nice POV, I might say. ;)

So it's 3 neighbouring countries having National/Independence Day in the same month... Interesting. :)

And Singapore's very own aerobatics team is getting a new paint scheme!

My two cents:
Most over-used phrase of 2020: "New normal". Can we stop with that already? Pandemics do not last forever, and things will eventually go back to normal.

I know right?! Sometimes I do wish I was born just ten years earlier just to experience the classic airliners of the day. But hey, can't complain too much, I've been lucky to fly in all the different planes I've flown in. Just fantasy thinking though heh.
