Is that C17 from Indian air force? If it's from USAF, you're very lucky :D
The A380 is ahead of its time. With the resilient passenger traffic growth for times to come (reference from Airbus's Global Market Forecast), plus congested airports, the A380 could not be ignored.

The Indian Air Force C-17 is a true beauty, even when seen from a distance (I live in sector 3 Dwarka). Once I saw two C17s parked next to each other at IGIA.. It was an amazing sight!

Super Cougar and Sukhois were unintentionally used as alarm clocks for our dorms as they were doing some low level formation flying all morning. Not that I'm complaining of course. While I was cycling to fetch some breakfast a flight of 4 Sukhois passed directly over me. Safe to say that seeing pics of them is nothing when compared to seeing one performing a low level pass right in front of your eyes (and over your head  ). Big birds, them Sukhois are.

Oh and a Super Cougar landed at the high school's grass field near our dorms so we managed to get a good look at it too.

Today my inner geek was quite satisfied at the turn of events today.

In a small town like Älmhult, sometimes you'll see a Socata Rallye or a C172 :)

Just a jacklinks extra300 that's staying for a week. Not sure if it'll stick around for the airshow in two weeks.

And the second most protected plane on this planet. The Airforce 757. Nobody important came, just the secretary of defense  and other people for yet another FEMA meeting. I wanted to swing around and take a pic with the sun behind me but Sgt. Lopez and his buddies (base guards) were near the plane. Don't wanna get shot

Lol also notice the tiny hawker next to the 747. It's actually parked right behind the wing.
