The Aircraft that carries the POTUS is highly unlikely to be anything but US company built. Antonov is less likely to get the contract than myself.

Boeing is the only American company capable of building a jumbo jet, so they charge whatever they want. The problem is, they are the only American company capable of building a jumbo jet because the government pays them whatever they want. It's a cycle. :lol:

EDIT: but, yeah, Antonov is not getting that contract.
