EDIT: The Render is the GLSL Shaders Mod. It lets you install various shader packs that can cell shade or add wonderful dynamic shadows and water reflections like that. It can even add DOF and bump-mapping. It's insane but outrageously hard to run. Sonic Ether's Shaders appear to be the pack in the pic-It brings me from 180 FPS to 10-15....
