Thank You Service for Wooten Basset

Post by Timmayx » Wed Aug 31, 2011 10:48 pm

Today marks the end of Repatriation Ceremonies in Wootton Bassett and an end to the site of an entire town coming out and silently paying their respects to those fallen who are returning home for the final time.

"Live a good life. If there are gods and they are just, then they will not care how devout you have been, but will welcome you based on the virtues you have lived by. If there are gods, but unjust, then you should not want to worship them. If there are no gods, then you will be gone, but will have lived a noble life that will live on in the memories of your loved ones. "

Got to agree, been there when they have been going wrong and it is sad that there will be no more for a town that did this without being asked......
