Graphics card

This has nothing to do with anything here, Just need some help. Im gonna get a new graphics card. But i dont know and cant seem to find out what to buy.
My computer is a Compaq presario cq91. If anyone knows anything about what to buy or knows how i could find out, that would be great.

What're you trying to do with it? What's your budget? What OS are you running? Are you going to violate your laptop's warranty if you're placing it internally? Does your laptop have the necessary expansion slot if you're keeping it external?

I'm sorry, but I think it's silly to try to upgrade the gfx card in a laptop. However, I'm entirely unfamiliar with the CQ91.

Im trying to get fsx to run better. If os means what i think. windows vista. Im not to worried about warrenty and i guies internaly.

I dont realy no. Someone just said a good graphics card makes it run faster

Most laptops don't let you upgrade the graphics card (or for that matter CPU) due to the way the cards are modified before placed inside.

Looking up that laptop, my mother actually has the same one, or at least something very similar - you won't be able to upgrade the laptop without fully disassembling it, which would fall out of your skill range.

Yea. Putting a ram upgrade thing in was intense for me.

Sorry Kynan but I have pretty much the same problem although mine isn't a laptop.My comp.uses what they call a low profile card and is updated about as much as it can be as is my operating memory.Stay away from Dell optiplexs vary limited upgrading hence they are so cheap.
