Il-2 Sturmovik: Battle of Stalingrad

It all started from an announcement that was made last year.

1C Gaming (the makers of the original Il-2 Sturmovik series) decided to partner up with 777 Studios (who was responsible for Rise Of Flight, the WW1 flight sim) to collaborate on a new project that is nothing short of amazing.

As a Sturmovik fan myself, I'm really excited for this to happen and is having high expectations on what the end product would look like. And I must say, early results are indeed breathtaking.

i haven't to see tour National Flag to discover that you're Argentino!
entonces, i really think that Gaming Consoles have something special in processing and Graphics Performance, and believe me or not, as time move on. the games quality can be increased, as developers get the "tricks" and the SDK gets more "advanced"...
And for PC, you can't make a microcode optimization for every GPU, CPU, APU and so on you have on market, so you do your best, but ever will be that taste of "this could be better IF SOMETHING...", and something not always is possible to keep a nice FPS in the most of Extreme Gamer PC's...

They don't have anything special, current generation ones have IBM architectures, that while had more cores than CPUs in 2005, they were worse than x86 architectures. Now consoles will have x86 CPUs, thing that will close the gap between them, but consoles take a 7+ year period between upgrades, while PC only 1.

If ya asked me about choosing console or PC, I'd choose PC every time. Don't get me wrong though, I'm not hating on console gaming in general, but I just find that spending a few more extra bucks on PC's are usually worth it. Oh, and they're more versatile too.

...but consoles take a 7+ year period between upgrades, while PC only 1.

So you're basically saying it's better for me to buy a 500 dollar gaming console every 6 years or so then shell out 500 bucks a year upgrading a PC to keep it current? I think I know how I'm spending my money.

lel no. If you upgrade your CPU every 4-5 and your GPU 2-3 years you will still be able to play the most demanding games withmany settings maxed, except the AA. It consumes a lot of memory.
