That forecast sounds like mine!

=====================

After a few days of sunshine early this week (I was actually able to plant part of my garden yesterday!), it started raining last night. This morning the sun came back, but about 3:00 it started getting dark and then the wind came from the north. It had to be close to "tropical storm force winds" for about 20-30 minutes. Giant maple trees had entire limbs and branches pushed back and twisting. One limb actually fell out of a tree onto the back side of our garage, doing what looks like minor damage. I think the sun this morning dried the ground enough to keep trees from uprooting. After the wind died down to calm it started pouring rain.

It has been raining solidly for 18 days straight here... There's been some minor flooding and I don't think the temperature's gone above 18 degrees Celsius for the whole duration... :x

The only good thing about it is that I have plenty of time for YSFlight... :)

What's the weather like? It's like some ass came back from his vacation in florida with one of those "Miami Beach Air In A Jar!"© souvenirs and accidentally dropped it while unloading his car and released hell upon all of New England.. :x SMH

I would tell you how the weather is in West Tennessee, but the thermometer melted and my glasses fogged up from the humidity.

Here in Texas we just got bombarded by thunderstorms since Thursday evening. Clouds topping off at the highest point in the stratosphere and flattening out with widespread flooding. It's not as hot as it was a few weeks ago, but it is still humid and downright balmy.

Typical August weather here, not insanely hot and not very humid. It's the best part of the summer.

We were expecting a tropical storm/cat-1 hurricane for the weekend last week but as the weekend drew closer the forecast shifted to Sunday and Monday. And once again on Sunday the forecast was changed for heavy rain and wind for Monday and Tuesday. Well it's Monday and not a drop of rain. It's windy, dry and the temps are just right. Labor Day weekend didn't turn out to be so bad.

Screw you Kelly Bates And Michelle Muscatelo!

Oh and yeah the temps have been real nice hovering in the high 60s and 70s. Might go fishing this evening after I grill up some steaks.

Ahh, so you're gonna surf after you turf...

We've been having some nice weather here as of late, though a bit warmer today with a high around 94F, with dewpoints in the low-mid 60s. Shades of summer before we probably go out of the 90s completely next month.

So here's how the weather has been shaping up here the past couple of weeks. The week before Thanksgiving was mostly 70-80 degree weather, then the first big drop came with high temps reaching only the 50s, Thanksgiving was nice and mild with mid-upper 60s, then came the second drop this weekend. Temps this week started out at 67 on Monday and will get progressively lower, the high on Saturday reaching only 45F or so. Should be an interesting Bedlam for sure with a north wind and chilly rain forecast. I guess that's football weather, but could do without the rain.

It hit 70° yesterday after raining Monday in NWTN. It stayed in the 50s today and it looks like that's as warm as it will get for the next few days.

It's currently the usual 860 degrees Fahrenheit here with 223 mph winds. It's pretty cool except for the fact that I CAN'T SEE ANYTHING.
