EDIT: Never mind, just looked it up on Google and it's apparently some black UCAV project called Nightjar which broke away from FOAS. It was apparently an in-house demonstrator that showed that BAE knew enough about stealth that they were qualified to gain deeper tech access to the F-35 program as apart of the UK's Tier 1 access level.

Re: Vandals blender works, maps and all.
I thought I'd play around with the idea of a gyroplane as an attack aircraft. The front end, wings and engines are a from an OV-10 Bronco. The top and rotor blades are from a Lynx. Not sure if I should dat is as a chopper or a VTOL Aircraft. The latter will probably be the better of the two for handling during flight.
I got the idea for the VND Bolt from the whatif models forum. For a light fighter based on the F-104. I thought it'd suit a role similar to the F-16, multirole fighter. As you can see I put a lighting pod on the belly. The maine body is an F-104, with the wings off a Super Hornet (half the wings) and the rear part is off an F-5.
This was my entry for one of Animals modeling comps that I never fully got round to entering. As you can guess it started off as an F-18 blended into the read of a MIG-29. I completely remodeled the intakes, wings and cockpit.
This is fairly based on a real life design of an after-burning Buccaneer. Although the idea and the base aircraft are the same the results are a little different. It The nose is from a Tornado and the exhaust is from the F-4. The two tricky parts where blending a relative square Tornado cockpit and nose into a very round buccaneer and again the very large exhaust's of an F-4 to the small Buccaneer exhaust. Since the idea of an Afterburning Buccaneer was meant as an alternative to the Tornado, mine is meant to be in service alongside it. So it's a Tornado for the Navy (alt history where the RN still has supercarriers), so it has the sensors from a Tornado as well as similar wing loads. It also keeps the famous rolling bomb bay of the original Buccaneer.
This started as my attempt to make a BAE Replica. I used an F-22 to start off and modeled it into the Replica and It's fairly identical to the Replica other than one bit of very important detail, scale. I didn't think that the Replica would be a similar size to the F-35 than the F-22, at that point I decided, to make it into my own aircraft. It's a twin seat attack aircraft, meant to replace the tornado in service. It will have an internal weapons bay.
As you can see each model is are various stages of finished with some work needed on all before I feel they are at a level good enough to release. But hope you like them. Any ideas you have be great, ideas connected to these models be best, things you think I should add or change etc.
