I need those ground targets because I might create a server. Only ground targets that uses guns is what I need.

That's true. The map is so big we can have a WWII section, a modern warfare section, and the ability for civilians to fly unhindered on the same IFF as the ground installations. Quite frankly, once I'm finished making the civilian side of this, ie actual map and airports, I think I'd be tired out! :D

It's still a long way off, and who knows, maybe I'd find my muse later. The map is going to be freaking huge. Those 3 sections combined for almost half a Mb, and there's more than 50 sections out there. With ground objects and airports, I'd bet we'd break 20mb on the whole map!

If you want a hand in ensuring you get the parts in you want, I welcome you to add them in yourself and get some modding credit. I have all my latest files in my modding team drop box folder that you can access by joining the modding team.

Test that map before you go any further, it looks to me like you've got too many edges on most of your polygons. :|

Truedat.

We could have SW Mindanao for abu sayyaf, SE mindanao for civilian, and an area between Visayas and Luzon for WW2 dogfights, while leaving civilian routes unhindered.

How badly does the number of edges affect the lag factor? I'm kinda going overboard on these ;) , so a heads up for future sections is appreciated.

In Multinational ave. Located before rwy 06, PLs use Bni fences. For hangars, PLs use lord flashheart's ground object. For t1 and t3 , PLs use pmnv terminal. The t1 is the one in patrick's lax map. The t3 is like as Guam terminal.

After the map is completed, it would be possible to create/change duplicates
in order to obtain those three versions you were asking about, but, yes
there could be different versions of the same map, using different ground-
objects to reflect the different periods or conditions:
Civil , WW2, and Modern Warfare.
Maybe that would make a good learning project for you after the first one is
accomplished? [Re]create those two new maps.

One thing, to simulate dirt roads you can make the dirt road or just make a trail with trees on the side.
