Q 1. My ground objects look so darken like below. Is it normal or my mistake?

Q 2. How can I make some SRFs of ground object and aircraft ligting like below? (Please tell me Gepolyx and Blender both)

for the lighting in notepad you can add lights (i think it's an "i", not sure) or in notepad add "b" at the end of the code for every polygon you want to be "bright" (look through other dnm files for examples, many of them have labeled taillights.srf and things like that)

I think the ground objects are dark because they are vertical. No sunlight is falling on them. It is normal.

For lights:
Gepoly cannot make faces have light properties. In the .srf, though:
