Looks really good but I can't really help you out, I don't use sketchup, only know blender

w/sketchup you will need to export that to like 3ds or something and import to blender that way. don't expect it to be an easy process.

There actually is ablender script that will allow you to import .obj which sketchup uses

Didn't even know that...

Minor correction; .obj is the native format of Blender; SketchUp's format is .skp / .skb, but SketchUp Pro can export to .obj

I'm presuming that there's also a .skp import script for Blender though?

SimonG, from what I can see that looks pretty good. I have to see more than that skewed view to give more accurate feedback, though.

You can also directly export to VRML with Pro: http://help.sketchup.com/en/article/114425 (and then use Soji's tools to convert to SRF)

I wonder what obj's native program is then?

This is the methodology I use.

Oi, I know what you are implying and I'll have to ask you to keep a lid on it, especially in public. We, YSFHQ, can get shut down if the right person comes along and says the right things.
PM in future.[/hidden]
