The latest project from the Ironworks development team, the Vought F9U-1N Mako! Developed as an advanced fighter interceptor, the Mako builds on the classic F8U Crusader, and includes classic 1940's styling to perform and look like a killer.

Taking the Mako for a shakedown flight:

The ultimate evolution of the F-8 Crusader, the F-26 Mako has 4 GAU-12 25MM cannons. I could say more, but I think that's enough.

First look at the YF-18 Cheetah, Grumman's entry for the Joint USAF/USN Air Combat Fighter program against General Dynamic's YF-16 Fighting Falcon and Northrop's YF-17 Cobra. Drawing heavily on their F-14 Tomcat experience, the Grumman Cheetah enjoys exceptional high alpha performance, twin engine reliability, and excellent top end speed. Early concerns over the plane's fuel faction led to the adoption of a moderately humped spine, providing aqueduct if not outstanding range and endurance.

My objective with the MiG-29/YF-18 project is largely to take the Russian out of the Fulcrum - there is a really attractive design there which has, so far, failed miserably to live up to it's apparent potential. The design is, in many ways, startlingly similar to fixed wing studies done for the F-14 Tomcat, which is why I picked Grumman as the new designer. I'm also planning a replacement MiG, something with a single engine which would take advantage of engine commonality with the Su-27.
