I like these. They would look great on a real aircraft. Nearest I can come up with, is this Luftwaffe Tornado, from a number of years ago. Image

It’s time for some more updates from the ongoing Fleet Pack 8.0 / Abel Jets Extended Pack project. ;)

Abel Jets MCC (Medium-Cost Carrier)’s A350-1000XWB.
Image

Holi-Abel-Day! (formerly known as Abel Jets Hawaii)’s B737-MAX10. This newly rebranded subordinate holiday airline willl surely ABEL to make your dream holidays come true.
Image

The KC-767 tanker of ACES (Abel Cargo Expeditionary Service), formerly known as Abel Jets Cargo, will be able to answer any calls and demands regarding commercial aerial refueling service in YSFlight. So fear no more stopovers!
Image

Abel Jets Platinum’s A321-200. Fleet Pack 8.0 will bring custom interiors and cabins to each of the division’s aircrafts (don’t worry, there will be two versions for each type of the aircrafts, one will be equipped with an interior, while the other one won’t. So fear no amounts of FPS loss for those with potato PCs (me included)).
Image

All of Abel Jets Platinum’s B747-8i-s will be painted with the “Silbervogel” a.k.a. Silver Bird livery as shown underneath that will differ them from other aircrafts of the deluxe full-service division. The livery also represents as a more-or-less an indirect tribute to Austrian aerospace engineer Eugen Sänger.

And yes, Thomas. Space is Just the Beginning for Abel Cosmos, a newly-formed division that will provide easier access to space for civilians and to provide commercial launch services to our clients (Virgin Galactic/Orbit-ish). Here attached is one of the space-exploration division’s fleet, the B747-400-LVC (Launch Vehicle Carrier) that will be able to transport Abel Jets’ Ikaros Orbiter and launch smaller air-launched orbital launch vehicles.
Image

Did I just say air-launched orbital launch vehicles? That’s right! Abel Cosmos is currenty in partner with Ovovivipar Industries to create a lightweight launch vehicle, called “the Vahana” to transport our future customers’ smaller cargos into orbit. Here is the latest concept art of the Vahana which will be a two-stage launch vehicle. The first stage will utilize the Ovovivipar JSX-75AS Linear Aerospike engine that will deliver approximately 75,000 lbf of thrust while the second stage will use the Ovovivipar JSX-75B engine with a more traditional bell-shaped vacuum-optimized nozzle. Both of the stages will use RP-1 fuel with cryogenic liquid oxygen acting as the oxidizer.

Yup I think that’s all of the latest update regarding the development of Abel Jets VA’s Fleet Pack 8.0. Stay tuned for more updates! :)

Best Regards!

Time for another update on Abel Jets’ Fleet Pack 8.0 build progress. Here are some of the works that the Abel Jets Group Fleet Management Team did last week. :)

AbelJump (formerly Abel Jets Link)’s CS-100 by Decaff. The particular airframe bears an honorary registration of G-AJTW as a symbol of gratitude to Decaff for his approval to add his C-Series set of aircrafts into Abel Jets Group’s fleet. The letters “T“ and “W“ in the registration denote as “Turbot” and “Winnsworth”, which are two islands where Abel Jets Group is primarily operating out from, while the first letter “G” signifies the place where the airframe is registered, which is in Winnsworth Island, a British territory.
Image

Abel Jets MCC (Medium-Cost-Carrier)’s CS-300 by Decaff. The model also bears an AJTW registration, albeit with the first letter being “F” due to that the airframe is registered in the Island of Turbot, of which is a French territory.
Image

All of Abel Jets VA’s aircrafts in the new fleet pack update will be given airframe registrations with prefixes of:
N-XYZAJ, if the aircraft is registered in the US;
G-AJXY, if the aircraft is registered in Winnsworth (British territory);
F-AJXY, if the aircraft Is registered in Turbot (French territory);
Or PK-AJX, if the aircraft is registered in Indonesia.
As you can see, there are “AJ” letters in the airframe registration format, which connote the ownership of the airframe(s) to Abel Jets Group. All of Abel Jets Group’s aircraft will also bear nose names to resurrect a tradition that was done by one of the VA’s forerunners.

What? A forerunner? Attached below is a picture of an “in-universe” forerunner airline that held the title of the official airline of the CMI prior to Abel Jets Group’s creation in 2013. Central Mediterranean Islands Air Transport, or CMIAT, previously held that title from 1949 up to 1990. The CMIAT pioneered the tradition of having nose names on each airframes that will be resurrected in the new fleet pack update. This particular B777-300ER of Abel Jets MCC is painted with CMIAT’s livery as a tribute to the legacy airline.
Image

Financial situation in CMIAT went from bad to worse in the late 1980s due to some reasons. At last a decision was then made in 1990 to rebrand the airline as AirCMI, of which its paint scheme is shown below in a tribute livery on an Abel Jets MCC B737-MAX10. As can be seen on the vertical stabilizer of the MAX10, AirCMI’s lion logo, of which will also be resurrected in most of Abel Jets Group’s fleet in the new fleet pack update.
Image

The rebranding of CMIAT to AirCMI turned out to be more or less unsuccessful. The airline kept struggling to gain profit, especially in early 2000s when the industry dwindled down mainly due to a tragic event that we know happened In that period of time. Then in 2013, in order to save the airline from bankruptcy, it was sold to a Mandiola-based tour company called Abel Tour & Travel Co. and was rebranded as Abel Jets, of which received all of AirCMI’s latest fleet and hold the new title as “The airline of the CMI”. Shown below is Abel Jets’ “iconic” first livery after it was rebranded from AirCMI, painted on an Abel Jets MCC A321-200 as a tribute (gotta be honest, the paint scheme kinda looks like cr*p nowadays...).
Image

Well, I think that’s enough for today’s update and a bit of storytelling, haha. We’ll see you guys again on the next one! ;)

Best Regards

Pretty cool stuff! Didn't know the CMIs had all those different airlines before Abel Jets ;). Love those heritage liveries, kind of like how AA has painted some of its 320 family and 737 family jets in different liveries of former airlines pre-acquisition.

Just a friendly clarification though, the territories are Winnsworth and Turbot Islands, their respective cities are Linbury and Mandiola ;).

Nice work though, these look great!
