Blender question

Post by Dision » Wed Feb 18, 2015 2:18 am

I have a litte question about blender and the scripts for YSFlight..
I'm getting annoyed by the fact that any transparent object is turned pink and i cant see for Sh1t.

Really, i don't like to bother anyone to do things for me because something isn't working or i can't do it.
If possible i need to get this fixed asap.

Blender question

Post by decaff_42 » Wed Feb 18, 2015 2:33 am

This has been a fact of life for modders using blender for well over 4 years now. I am unsure what causes it or how to fix it. I am just beginning to enter the vast world of python and I can only dream of being able to modify the scripts.
Check out my website YSDecaff for all my tutorials and addon releases.

Blender question

Problem is solved!
I figured out that it only works when you import the models. And when you save them as a .Blend, the transparency is not working anymore.
That's why it turns into a bug, and it will be displayed in a pink colour.

Also, you may want to be carefull with installing scripts that are for different versions of python.
Because the transparency bug will be permanent again, unless you remove those scripts.
