So Copper and I many many moons ago were BS'n bout how ugly the Fenrir was and how it'd look better without the third engine and the god awful microwave weapon pod in the front...that plus a new pit. So here's a wip of the XFA-33 Fenris Heavy Air Superiority Fighter.

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY COPPPPEEERRR!

It'll take on the same role as the F-14 Tomcat did only with stealth and a much bigger payload. External ordnance is optional but if need be can be equipped.

need some help here..

i'm working on adding new engines to the FRX-00 but i hit a snag. since i used the back end of a shinden to do this i molded one side to the plane (almost) but when i try and copy it to the other side and flip it around for some reason the faces come out all wacky.

anybody know how to correct this?

A FENRIR THAT MAKES MORE SENSE HHHNNGG...

Also, with the FRX-00, while the copied engine is still a separate mesh, flip the normals (W - Flip Normals) and then join the engine to the plane. I think this should work...

 four engines on an FRX now, imagine the speed. i'm gonna animate the wings so it'll rotate them 180 degrees just like in the show.

The engine setup almost reminds me of the Fregata superplane. Well done so far!

Excellent work, been wanting a FRX-00 for some time now, and this revision looks gorgeous.

Thanks a bunch! all i rreally need to finish is the main gear bays and doors and this lil lady is ready to go. might add a weapons bay along with twin stealth munitions carriers as well.

I kinda had the Fregata in mind with the quad engine setup too :D @md5

check dis out

the idea behind this is an advanced attacker based off a great fighter, the XFA-27. the back end of an Adler was used just cuz i love it so much. comes in ZOE red and Pixy white and black with the red wing.

Shut up and take my money! :D
BTW it would look freakin' awesome in a Scarface One livery.

Added an HTS pod to the nose and the ESM Pod and a TGP from Gre's F-16 slung under the engine nacelles.

Centerline pylon for either a stealth munitions pod or an external fuel tank.

now in jet black with Scarface TFS markings (have yet to finish the tail markings) and the usean allied forces emblem on each wing courtesy of snake6.

gonna add a launchbar and a tailhook for carrier ops. this is getting much more sexy by the day.

Very nice, does your friend Sakuya have anything like that for the F/A-27C?
