D 2.2 allows for more scattered formations... I have thought about having them approach from different directions, and putting them in groups wouldn't be impossible. Or a 1 vs 50 fight, only with the enemy holding under the radar until in range... seek out and destroy missions... things other than head to head carnage. Will tinker with these ideas in later editions.

I think I better put 2.2 up here NOW while it's relatively stable.

Ok I think we should consider renaming Grigor to the Ys Wizard he is preforming magic.
With his permission of course wouldnt want to get him miffed and fry all our circuts. :D

Only just got around to downloading this. Completely insane. I've been recreating major WW2 air battles all afternoon.

I think my generator does not work. Something that says Searching Air*.lst files... Is it part of the Generator. I'm really excited to use it.

Could you post it somewhere else other than minus? Cos whenever I click the download button it just reopens the same web page in a new tab (it always does).

I wish that it would work on a mac...oh well. I guess I'll have to run it on my boot camp to get some dogfights generated.

As the links in the original post have perished, I would like to upload the Dogfight Generator .exe here, in case anyone else wishes to give it a try.

To use, just put it into the main folder as it says in the post, and rename your preferred YSFlight .exe to "fsmaindx.exe." Then, once you set up whatever you need in the Dogfight Generator and press Go, the game should launch without problems and send you right into the mission.
