BTW, we're sticking with the online thing for a little while to see how it goes with a different, more achievable theme (hopefully without unflyable lag).

Re: 2016 YSFHQ Background Screenshot Contest
It will apply to the new theme. I do not use the old one so I can't really vouch for that one. That may be possible but I'll leave that one for Eric since he knows more about that.Doggeh1 wrote:Will this apply to just the new theme or the old one as well?
You can have images larger than your display size . . .u2fly wrote:I have only laptop with 1280x800 display...YSFHQ wrote: - Image dimensions must be a minimum of 1400x700

I am looking to update the old theme too so yes, the background image can carry over.VNAF ONE wrote:It will apply to the new theme. I do not use the old one so I can't really vouch for that one. You can resize images with just about any image editing program. You can use GIMP or pretty much anything else.u2fly wrote:Describe your technique how make it!VNAF ONE wrote: You can have images larger than your display size . . .

In Any image editing program go to the image editting "menu" and select the "resize" or "resize canvas" there you should have different options on how to change the size of the overall image like by percentage or amount of pixels on both horizontal and vertical planes.
