I'm not up for more Solos but if Ray doesn't object, I could give him a Nate (Ki-27) or an Oscar (Ki-43) to tangle with during his P-40 demo.

I apologize for blowing this up, but I only see one file link, which is to the Ace Combat 3 pack. Speaking of which, a whole pack for one aircraft?

Download the VNAF AirFest OFFICIAL Pack!
This pack includes some key performers (not all!). The ones that are included are duly noted on the spreadsheet! You will be responsible for downloading all others. The pack also includes the usual stuff for the opening ceremonies, the UPDATED maps, ground packs (only download if you don't have them!), and some others that were previously requested. This pack basically takes care of everything but the performers still listed with download links! You're welcome!

RUSSIAN THUNDER AIR SHOWS
SUKHOI SU-26
The single-seat Sukhoi SU-26M of Russian Thunder Air Shows is one of the world's most powerful and agile competition aerobatic aircraft. Powered by a nine cylinder, Vedeneyev radial engine producing over 500 horsepower, the aircraft is able to reach speeds of nearly 290 miles per hour and is rated for +/- 12G's.
During Scarecrow's six minute aerobatic routine, you will see a variety of classic and advanced aerobatic maneuvers, including the avalanche, hammerhead, lumchavoc, knife edge spin, and the impressive torque roll.
Don't miss the growl of the Sukhoi of Russian Thunder Air Shows at VNAF AirFest 2015!

i hope you're not planning on using the 2011 YSflight server VNAF ONE. i just installed the airfest into my 2011 version of YSFlight and i got an error message for just about everything in the air_VNAFAirFest.lst file. every error was about YSFlights inability to load the .dat files for the airfest content.
but the 2015 version of YSFlight dosen't have the same problem. it loads everything normally. i know everyone here frowns on using the 2015 server. but you may need to use it this time.

Check your install. It sounds like you didn't put the AirFest folder in User. There were errors until I reuploaded the pack due to dat errors on the Blue Spectres about an hour after I first uploaded it.
Other than that, I've got the same thing installed on my YS and have never heard of errors on everything. Maybe try using 2013 though? I'm not using anything after 2013 since that's the last stable and trusted version as of now. That may alternatively be the issue is that some things changed in aircraft dats between 2011 and 2013.

Air Racing, Everybody!
That's right, folks! On Opening Ceremony Day, we're throwing in an Air Racing competition to add to all the fun activities and shenanigans that go on! This time, in a different style. You will get to be in a race to see who can finish up their two laps in the track the fastest, while dodging pylons, fighting power loss and trying to keep your aircraft in the game similar to the popular RedBull Air Races.

The track put up at Vuelo Beach will consist of High-G environments high speed maneuvers, shown by the chart above.
- RULES -
No Smoke - +5 Seconds
Missed Pylon - +3 Seconds
Hit Pylon - +3 Seconds
+10.0 Gs - +2 Seconds
Hit Water - DISQUALIFIED
Less Than 75% Fuel - DISQUALIFIED
There are no rules against max altitude (exept staying in the racing area)
No rules on how swift/aggresive you fly in the race
To go with the edited map for this part of the day is a pack of five different coloured Racers that you can pick from. All aircraft are Extra 300S's from the CEP pack. Enjoy!

Ground pack coming soon for the pylons! Credits to Talon for making them.
See you at the opening ceremonies!

i'm a fair flyer (good enough to buzz around the Ice planet race map in the NCA King Air 200) and i've been practicing the loop aroud the vuelo_racing map with the NCA king air 200. but this looks like it's well above my skill. and you should post a text version of the rules here. because not everyone can use youtube.

Is the current spreadsheet the order in which we will be performing? Is there any order for validation flights?

No and no
The actual schedule in order-of-appearance will be revised and finalized next week.
For rehearsal, performers can come and it's basically first-come-first-serve and will be coordinated with ATC for you.

ATTENTION EVERYONE!
The dates of AirFest are being shifted back by one day. This places the Opening Ceremonies and events on Friday, August 14th and the AirFest Air Show on Saturday, August 15th.
The reason for this change is the uncertainty of my work schedule and doubt that I will get the 16th off after all. I would rather be safe than have to cancel or move part of the show any later than now. I apologize if this causes any inconvenience and I will do my best to accommodate all necessary changes or requests from performers as a result of this change. Please provide any feedback if this causes major problems from anyone. Thank you!

In which case I cannot make the Saturday the 15th as I had previously discussed with you, so the Black Dragons will need to cancel.
I am an accountant working full-time (and some). I'm not here as often as I would like to be. Send a message if you need me. There are a few people in the community who can get in contact with me urgently if you need - don't be afraid to ask. I just don't check here as frequently as I used to. Sorry!

I'll try my best to make it on Friday, and I know I'll make it on Saturday, so both the P-40 and the X-29 will be good to go.

I'm good to go for my solo and, unless Varren has anything coming up, the Sky Surfer is good to go as well.
