Ground Addon Question

So I downloaded a ground addon and followed the steps I usually use for Aircraft Addons, but I have no idea as to how I am supposed to use the addon.
It's an Aircraft Carrier addon, and I need assistance in changing the default aircraft carrier to the new one I downloaded.

You have to either replace the existing carrier ground object (not recommended due to collision issues), or manually put them in a map using Scenery Editor. Ground objects aren't set up to automatically appear on maps when they're put into YS.

How/From where do I download Scenery editor??

Do I need to put my custom Carrier in some file or something?
