May I ask what are the specifications of your Computer?
Like the OS? Ram? Processor? And Graphics Card...

Ok this is odd and frustrating.
I have a windows 10 asus q550lf with a i7-4700q, 8g ram and a 2gb nvidia 745m.
I have tried playing with the cloud.pngs but no matter what shade or color use I get a black/grey cloud.
A real pain when youre trying to do offline screencaps since you cant turn off clouds either
Edit: Screenshots

Okay guys your problems are really weird. I have run it on the lowest possible laptop to get on you guys. I tried it on HP Pavillion Notebook. It perfectly runs fine with clouds....I wish I can help but can I at least get a screenshot?

This might be something to get Soji's attention to. I run the 2015 OGL version of this on my laptop (which is your average Lenovo Thinkpad) and it runs fine. Although the frame rate is a bit laggy than on my desktop.

I mentioned it in the bug report thread a while back as gunny was experiencing the same thing but I have no clue whether or not it was reported.

I believe it is so dark because he changed to or from the Phong graphics shading for the new opengl2 for 2016 test version.Or something to that effect.

I'm pretty sure I have had both light- and dark-colored clouds on OGL2.
EDIT: Not at the same time, though.

I agree with you. Currently I'm using the Flat Cloud.
