Hello everyone.
So, i've been having this glitch recently. My Blender (2.49b) works just fine, i can model and repaint with almost no issues at all, but there's been a problem: Something is causing the program to have this:
This is whenever it displays something like circle radius or lines around the 3D View screen. I think it is a issue with NVIDIA's latest driver update (375.50). I also tried installing a fresh version of Windows 10, but it didn't work.
Any suggestions?

I've never seen this before. However I do have a minor flickering around the border of each sub window when I switched to my new computer (about 4 years newer mac OS). It is barely noticeable and I think I have just gotten used to it.
Since this is specifically a Blender/Windows 10/Nvidia issue, you might have better luck asking around on a Blender/Nvidia forums. The issue there is that very few people will be using Blender 2.49.

I was checking up NVIDIA control panel and setting up different global settings to see whether i could fix it. Didn't work.
Searched up the internet for some solutions, and re-installed python as well: No progress as well.

I just had blender issues because I changed graphic drivers on linux. All the buttons and windows overlapped and everything shifted like 3in. So it was like having 6windows instead of the usual 3.
If there's a way to backtrack/uninstall certain nvidia update you should try that. Or if you have a processor with integrated graphics try using it instead?
