cannot find user folder

I am running ysflight on my Linux MInt 18.2 Sonya laptop, I cannot fing the "user" folder. what is it's location? Here is the contents of my ysflight folder:

Hi COMPAQ.

The user folder does not exist by default, you'l need to create it manually ;)

But you are in the correct location!

Prewarning with Linux you'll need to take a look at lst files as an awful lot of addons haven't used case sensitive naming

okay, do I need to make it in the folder comtaining the readme stuff or the folder showed in my first post?

You want the user folder to be at the same level as the aircraft, scenery, ground, etc folders.

Here is what my setup looks like. You do not have to have the same folders, as I have added some extras, but this should give you an idea about what this folder should have inside it and where the user folder needs to be placed.
