what is this takagi server?

well, there was no post talking about this server. i couldn't connect to it, could it be some fake server? it said that the version of the server was 0. i had the 2015 version, can somebody explain what is it?

Thank you for showing interest in my server.
This server is not a fake server.

I checked the error log yesterday, and it says:
"Connection is rejected because of a version conflict."
SERVER NET-VERSION: 20190930
CLIENT NET-VERSION: 20150425

Therefore, I rebuilt the YS server using Ver.20150425.
Please try connecting to the server again.
