Maybe it could use some shading fixes on the surface. Other than that it needs a little bi more coloring to be done. Keep it up!

For the shading issues on the fuselage, you could (probably, idk) use the EdgeSplit modifier to iron them out. As for the elevators, those can be smoothed out by setting the faces to solid instead of smooth. Might wanna check Decaff's tuts for that.

To check the shading of the aircraft in Blender, just go to solid viewmode. Textured viewmode can be misleading.

I like that apartment. Probably a bit to detailed for large maps or wide-spread usage, but that would be really cool for small maps.

I think the door on the apartment building is a bit too big.

Though you could make it a bit larger. As far as I see it, the model is about 11-12m long, but the ATF is about 18m long, so you might want to scale it up a bit. For reference, there are the grid lines, with each line representing 1m.
