Re: Airbourne Studios
Rotation angles are internally saved with short integers themselves stored with 2 octets (2^16 = 65536) because Captain YS judged 65536 values were enough for angles.waspe414 wrote:*Does anyone know what angle measure this is? It divides a full 360° circle to 65536 parts. So far I think it's only unique to YS.

Check out the last page(had them for years), I laugh at your response.Honey Badger wrote:Looking good. BTW, have you seen LuckyBearGod's Blue Angels? https://sites.google.com/site/ysflight/
More than half the planes I made were not released. Maybe ole' Crow will let me bring back the YS Blue Angels using these bad boys(or girls *wink wink* *nudge nudge*)Flake wrote:As a Former YSBA, I am positive he knows. And has a few more goodies in his install that no-one else does.

Got yer back, Flake.
In regards to the topic, I'm pretty sure they're no Grenium Thunderbirds yet. But God! If it was true, DAT level of DETAIL and THOSE PANEL LINES...

Re: Airbourne Studios
Funny to think that I was 16 and a junior in high school when I last posted in this thread. Now I'm 26 going on 27 and an airline pilot (in real life of course) flying the Embraer ERJ-175.
Oh ya, and here's the Edge 540 I'm working on. Currently sitting at 15,000 verts, but after I clean it up, add some details, a cockpit, separate the ailerons/elevators/rudder, it should come down....a little
