Re: The Welsh Addons Hangar
On the second aircraft, the DNM is wrong it reads "user/dan_davec/irrus-sr-22/cirrus-sr-22-n583cd.dnm"
It needs the first part to read "user/dan_dave/cirrus-sr-22" the other part is ok.
If you do not make this change, it will not load, and create a non-deleteable loop. So you will have to restart your computer.

Hold down the Escape key (Esc) and it will eventually go back to the YSF start screen.plunderbird wrote: ↑Wed Jun 28, 2017 10:50 amIf you do not make this change, it will not load, and create a non-deleteable loop. So you will have to restart your computer.

I didn't know that. It's still worth noting, you need to change the DNM, though.Patrick31337 wrote: ↑Wed Jun 28, 2017 3:02 pm Hold down the Escape key (Esc) and it will eventually go back to the YSF start screen.

I don't have that. But I do have four T-38 schemes of my own, in my Plunderbird 1 pack. viewtopic.php?f=168&t=8100&p=97961&hili ... ird#p97961

There are 5×T-38's paints in "Kurosakis_Pack"

Re: The Welsh Addons Hangar
There's actually a different topic on this if you go search it up. Too many peeps confusing the two aircraft. This is an F-5 which is in the pack. Notice the missile pylons and the additional wing connection/strake leading up to the bottom of intake:
This is a proper T-38. Lacks both, has a completely different cockpit, and is in any way not a bomber/fighter:
Hence forth, they're F-5Fs just to clarify. But if you like trainer squadron paints on F-5s then go ahead. It's about as close as you'll get to having T-38s for YS.

Re: The Welsh Addons Hangar
To be clear, let's look inside "Kurosakis Pack": By looking on IDENTIFY field inside DAT-files located in "../User/T-38/" folder we can see that 5 aircrafts named as "<KURO>T-38_...":
- "<KURO>T-38_Beale_AFB"
- "<KURO>T-38_Edwards_AFB"
- "<KURO>T-38_Holloman_AFB"
- "<KURO>T-38_Randolph_AFB"
- "<KURO>T-38_NASA" (not armed, without pylons!)

Re: The Welsh Addons Hangar
anyway u2fly, the screenshot you provided makes me disagree that kuro's pack's aircraft are t-38s. I think most people are looking for the cockpit droop which is not present in the screenshot, and I can also tell that the intake is probably different from a t-38. I can also see the lerx in the screenshot, so with everything considered, it is not a t-38. it's just about the same as saying a j-7e is the same as a mig-21-93.
this has already been discussed in detail; this discussion ends here.

Re: The Welsh Addons Hangar
F-5 and T-38 are from same company. This is true.
But they are actually developed from different model.
The F-5A is from fighter concept named N-156F and the T-38 is from trainer concept named N-156T. Those are look like almost same but even the F-5B and T-38 have a difference. Even F-5B and T-38 are different, than how can you say F-5F and T-38 is same?
We must remember there is no F-5A/B model in YS. Only F-5E and F-5F. Without GAC series, as far as I know, there is only one accurate T-38 model in YS. It is not Kuro's T-38. Kuro's model is just F-5F with T-38 paint.

Re: The Welsh Addons Hangar
So, what is "only one accurate T-38 model in YS"?

Dan&Dave's T-38C
It is more accurate than F-5F.

Re: The Welsh Addons Hangar
I've made a few updated to the model since the last picture. I've gone all in and added moving ailerons and elevators as well as creating more realistic navigation lights. Unfortunatley in testing I was unable to make the Camera move (I think I still have a bit of learning to do before making moveable turrets). Instead I have fixed the camera in position and I'll be using an internal fixed camera with an FLIR and Night vision effect.
Here it is in the colours of the British Army
